Doll is a character from the manga kuroshitsuji of Yana Toboso.
She is a tightrope(a...rope-walker?) of a circus and the story is set in the London of 1800 ^^

It was an hard work, the roses are put one by one with hot glue and sewed on the headdress ^^.
